We compile demographic, economic, and property market data for Turkish cities, districts, and neighbourhoods. The result is a single, comparable view of how each region is changing — population, household spending, prices per square metre, and transaction volumes.

What we cover

Three layers of data, normalised to the same regional hierarchy so any number can be compared across cities, districts, and neighbourhoods.

Demographics

Population by age and gender, household composition, marital status, education attainment, and socio-economic class. Updated against the latest available sources.

Real estate market

Sale and rent prices per square metre for housing, commercial, land, and plot. Average listing periods and historical transaction volumes by year.

Local economy

Household income and expenses by category, e-commerce penetration, vehicle ownership, and a count of nearby ATMs, bank branches, and pharmacies.

Coverage

Our current dataset covers five of Turkey's largest urban areas at full neighbourhood depth, with the rest of the country added on request.
